Physical printed storybooks (print-on-demand, shipped within India)
Our products are designed for children aged 3–7 years and are intended to be purchased and used by parents or legal guardians.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
All purchases are made by adults for children under their care
Delivered via instant download after successful payment
No physical shipping is involved
Access details are provided on the order confirmation page and via email
Available for delivery within India only
Printed on a print-on-demand basis
Dispatched using third-party Indian courier services
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days from order confirmation
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce-supported third-party payment gateways
Smizekart does not store card, UPI, or banking details
Applicable taxes are displayed clearly at checkout
Prices are subject to change without notice. Completed orders will not be affected by price changes.
Digital products cannot be cancelled once the order is completed
Physical book orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once a physical book has been dispatched
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Non-refundable once the download has been accessed
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate payments or verified technical errors
Returns or replacements may be requested within 7 days of delivery only if:
The book is damaged during transit, or
An incorrect product is delivered
Books must be unused and in original condition.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
